Alfredo Mojica was born in El Salvador Central America, with music being a major part of his life.
Alfredo started playing percussion at the early age of ten. In 1972 Alfredo moved to Washington DC, and since then, he has performed with many talented musicians as; Jimmy Summers, Lonnie Liston Smith, Santana, Maysa, George Duke, Stanley Clark, Bobby Coldwell, Patti Austin, Peabo Bryson, Norman Brown, Nathan East, Richard Elliott, Kirk Whalum, Euge Grove, Jessie J., Earl Klugh, John Chuck Lobe, Lalah Hathaway, Bobby Lyle, Paul Taylor and Michelle N’Degociello.
Alfredo was also nominated and awarded, as the best percussionist, and lead Latin vocalist for the “Whammies Awards”, since 1999 up until this date.
Join fellow members and their guests for a casual event with an artistic performance and a fun tapas buffet dinner reception in a lounge setting.
The reception begins at 6:00 PM* and the performance at 7:00 PM.
A reservation is required by 8 PM the day before.
