The History Committee has organized a luncheon and clubhouse tour of our Baltimore reciprocal club, to be followed by a Club lunch.
Tuesday, September 30, 11:30 a.m.
Mount Vernon is located just north of downtown Baltimore and is home to some of the most beautiful and well-preserved architecture on the East Coast. Mount Vernon is a designated National Historic neighborhood anchored by the Washington Monument, which is surrounded by four small, picturesque parks that beckon visitors to take their time and enrich their lives. The parks, which have survived almost intact, are considered to be the finest existing urban landscapes by the beaux-arts architectural firm of Carrere & Hastings.
This event is capacity-limited to 10 persons.
Members may include one guest.
Separate checks will be provided.
While transportation is not provided, train departures and carpools will be facilitated by the committee.
