The Drama Committee is organizing a meet-up for Members and guests at a one-act play festival featuring the work of committee member Jon Tycko, followed by refreshments and a post-performance discussion with the playwright.

The Variations Project is Baltimore's original ten-minute play festival. Each year since 2005, the event has created a collection of world-premiere plays based on an audience-chosen theme.

Tickets for general admission seating are purchased directly from the venue by clicking here and selecting the July 13, 2 p.m. performance.  While an RSVP is not required to attend, it is helpful for us in reserving preferred seating and planning the post-performance discussion.  Interested attendees should be in the theatre lobby by 1:45 p.m. for the 2 p.m. curtain if you wish to sit with the Arts Club group.

The 2025 plays:

"Light Strikes a Deal" by Meri Robie

"Night Crawlers: A Coming-of-Age Story" by Isaiah C. Evans

"Son of My Son's Son" by Dwight R.B. Cook

"Night Hawks" by Jalice Ortiz-Corral

"Who is She" by Kristen Wheeler

"Bar Noir" by Jonathan Tycko

"Fanann" by Tad Cleaves

"Meeting at Midnight" by Janis Hannon

"Another Dark Night of the Soul" by Clarinda Harriss
