The highlight of the Arts Club's holidays festivities, this year traditional holiday black tie dinner honoring the present and past presidents of the Club.

Join us for a special evening when the Club is at its most beautiful, decorated for the holidays, and enjoy a gourmet meal prepared by Chef Ris Lacoste.

About the Artists:

Mary Payne (Cabaret Palooza Founder and Vocalist) organized and performed in the Lorton Cabaret Series for over 7 years and thrilled to be finally taking this talented troop on the road!  Other credits include--  NYC:  Duplex Cabaret Theatre:  Nevermore (Muddy) [NYC Premier Concert Version]. Karissa Swanigan (Vocalist) has been performing in musical theatre and cabarets in the Metro area for the past 20 years and is thrilled to be back entertaining with Cabaret Palazzo. Other Credits- Signature Theatre: Sizzlin Summer Cabaret: Least Complicated, Naked. Alvin Smithson (Pianist) is an established presence in the Washington, DC, area music and theater scene as a pianist, composer, arranger, musical director and teacher.  Following graduation from Kansas University with a Bachelor of Music degree, he moved to this area to pursue his studies at the Catholic University of America where he earned Master of Music degree in piano performance with emphasis on performance physiology.  Over the years, he has won top prizes in national competitions and was a bronze medal winner in the International Piano Recording Competition.  Alvin can be seen and heard regularly in various area theaters and cabarets, and has performed at the Kennedy Center, Arena Stage, Strathmore, The American Century Theater, Theater Lab of Washington, Keegan,  Atlas, Savoyards, Creative Cauldron, Workhouse Theater, and many other local and national performing arts venues.  He has been part of a number of Helen Hayes Award winning and recommended shows, either as a performer or music director, usually both.

A reservation is required for dinner by 8 pm the day before. Due to the construction of the kitchen we can only accommodate 60 guests. Once we reach our maximum capacity, we regrettably will not be able to accommodate additional guests. Please RSVP early!
