Arts Club of Washington Pride Poetry Workshop

On Tuesday, January 31 at 6:00 pm, Kim Roberts will lead “They Walk on the Sea: Personification and Gender.” In this workshop, participants will look at some of the complex ways that gender operates as they create a voice for an inanimate object or abstract concept. Kim Roberts is the author of six books of poems and editor of the anthology By Broad Potomac’s Shore: Great Poems from the Early Days of Our Nation’s Capital.
