DC historian, Armand Lione, will describe some of the many sites that are part of the Native History of our city, ranging from the White House to Bolling Airforce Base. Lione has taken his work spreading word of Washington's Native history to sites ranging from university classrooms to the streets of the city. He has promised to stop when he can get the Native history of DC told in the museums and cultural institutions that now sit on the land walked by the Anacostan and Piscataway Indians for thousands of years before the city was built.
