A panel discussion exploring the intellectual contributions and political ascendancy of Latino professionals in the United States.

Latino officials representing national media, academia and business with special guest panel moderator, His Excellency Stavros Lambrinidis, Ambassador of the European Union to the United States.

Panelists:

Mr. Arturo Rodriguez, President Emeritus, United Farm Workers Union.

Mr. Fin Gómez, CBS News White House Producer, member of the National Board National Association of Hispanic Journalists; Board Secretary of the White House Correspondents’ Association.

Ms. Mercedes Garcia Perez, Head of Global Issues and Innovation at the Delegation of the European Union to the U.S.

Ms. Cristina Londoño, Senior Washington DC Correspondent for Noticiero Telemundo (NBC).

Dr. Enrique Figueroa, Professor Emeritus, UW-Milwaukee, former Admin. AMS/USDA.
