
MEMBERS SHOW DROP-OFF
OPEN TO MEMBERS ONLY

Members are invited to drop off work for the club's annual Members' Winter Exhibition. If you are unable to drop off your work that day please contact Nichola Hays to make other arrangements.
The opening will be held on Friday, December 6th, from 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm.

Exhibition Requirements
Artists may submit up to five works. There is a $5 charge for each piece exhibited.
Works must be exhibition ready. Two-dimensional work must be framed or on a gallery wrapped canvas (clean or painted sides, no visible staples), with a securely fastened wire for hanging. Three-Dimensional work must be small enough to fit on a mantle or tabletop.
All pieces must be labeled. Two paper labels must be attached to the right corner so they are visible from the front. Labels must include the artist's name, title, medium, and price of the work.
Each artist must also submit an image list with all of the submitted works and corresponding information included (artist name, title, medium, and price).
Work must not have appeared in any previous Members' Show of the Arts Club (prior hanging in the Spilsbury Gallery is permitted).
Work will be hung at the discretion of the juror. Any pieces that are not exhibited should be picked up as soon as possible.
