SOUND BATH AND "ROOM"

Saturday, March 9 at 1:00 pm

OPEN TO THE PUBLIC

Public: $35

Member: $25

Crystal Ashram will begin the afternoon with their amazing Tibetan singing bowls. As you relax, laying down or seated, you can simply allow the healing vibrations to wash over you - relaxing body, mind and all your energy systems.

Tibetan singing bowls have been used for hundreds of years for their sonic qualities of brain wave entrainment. Since the brain has different types of frequencies that are created during different states of mind, singing bowls allow the brain to "cut the monkey chatter" and enter into a quiet stillness.

These benefits have been used from Tibetan temples to western universities to modern corporations for relaxation, mindfulness, meditation, and overall well-being.

There will be refreshments served after the sound bath, and then all are invited to participate in the immersive performance of "Room" by artistic director Jameson Freeman.

You may feel something. You may not. You may sit down, or lay down. You may stand, or walk around. You stay or leave. You may do anything or nothing. Just be aware. Relax. Allow.

You are encouraged to bring a yoga mat and a pillow for this afternoon offering. Some extras will be available, but please contact us to reserve them in advance.
