A $25 buffet dinner will precede the Membership Meeting. The dinner is for members only, please reserve if you plan to attend the buffet dinner.

If you have not mailed your ballot, remember to turn in your ballot before 7 pm. Come to the meeting to be informed. Your voice is important. The result of the election and the new Governors and Trustees will be announced at the end of the meeting.
We will adjourn to dessert and wine to congratulate the new Governors and Trustees at conclusion of the meeting.
NO RESERVATION NECESSARY FOR THE MEETING.
