Join us Friday, February 1st for three exciting new exhibitions featuring works by David Avery (MacFeely Gallery), Dick Swartz (Spilsbuy Gallery), and the National Association of Women in the Arts (Monroe Galleries).
David Avery's exhibition is curated by Dr. Eric Denker, Senior Lecturer at the National Gallery of Art.
The NAWA exhibition is curated by Dr. Erich Keel, former Head of Education at the Kreeger Museum.
The Spilsbury is a cooperative gallery run by Arts Club members. Other participating Spilsbury artists include: Lorna Alrdrich, Gloria Benedetto-Brazelton, Camilla Bozzoli, Britt Conley, Vicki Doyle, Susie Eisinger, Alessandra Figliuoli, Larry Jarvik, Martine Khadr-Van Schoote, Eleanor Lally, Peggy McNutt, Ruth Meixner-Bird, Laura Patten, Pam Palco, Denise Shamoun Phalen, Tihomer Petrov, Carol Porter, Frances Sniffen, Richard Swartz, Lucretia Tanner, Barbara Wright and Jonathan Zuck.
Arts Club galleries are open from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm Tuesday through Friday and 10:00 am to 2:00 pm on Saturdays. Galleries are free and open to the public. Hours may vary.
