Restorative Yoga at the Arts Club

THIS SESSION IS CANCELED; YOGA WILL RESUME IN JANUARY

Arts Club member Jameson Freeman will lead a restorative yoga class with focus on alignment, breathing and gentle strengthening/stretching exercises, targeting tension and giving muscle release in the neck, shoulders, back and hips. Beginners and newbies welcome. Please RSVP and bring your own yoga, or give advance notice if you require a yoga mat. Cost: $10 donation to the Arts Club.
