FIRST WEDNESDAY LUNCH & LEARN
Guest Speaker: Nigel Boon, Director of Artistic Planning for the National Symphony Orchestra
Nigel Boon, Director of Artistic Planning, National Symphony Orchestra, will speak on bringing a new audience to classical music. Prior to joining the NSO in 2007 as head programer, he worked for fifteen years with Deutsche Grammophon, as an Executive Producer and earlier in marketing and production. He has also been an agent and worked in classical music publishing. Boom is the second speaker in our new lunchtime speaker series.
On the first Wednesday of the month at 12:30 p.m. we're offering a talk for no more than twenty-five minutes (think TED Talk). The speaker will then join us at a collective table for follow-up / Q&A. If desired, you can resume your day after an hour. These talks are open to members and guests only.
Price includes two-course lunch.
RSVP required by 5 pm the day before the event.
Cancellation Policy:
Members can cancel their reservation up to the day before the event at no charge. Any reservations cancelled on the day of the event and no-shows will be charged a 50% fee.
